Buying components 

The representatives of my company saw displayed ball bearings at the international exhibition in Frankfurt. Our company required such bearings and we sent an enquiry to the manufacturer. After the manufacturer has received our letter an engineer of their company called us and came to St. Petersburg. 

They offered the guarantee period of twelve months for their bearings. We expected a longer warranty period. The manufacturer of our bearings couldn`t guarantee the reliability of his bearings  for a longer period because he didn`t know the specific conditions of their use. 

For our company it was the first experience of using  its components.  That`s why we wanted to get a longer warranty period. 

The manufacturer wanted to get the information about our operators and their experience with the equipment. Our company had many efficient and skilled operators and we were sure that nothing can go wrong.
