After a New Year holiday of eating and sitting around the flat too much, Alex made up his mind to get fir. He didn't fancy the idea of getting up at 6.00 and going running, ... he joined a local gym.

Alex liked the idea so much that he went out and bought himself a new tracksuit. ..., Alex felt a bit shy as he went to the gym for the first time.

Everyone else looked so fit and slim compared to him. He took it easy at first ... it had been a while since he had done any real exercise.

She was lifting some weights ... it was the easiest thing in the world. Alex decided to show her what he was capable of. He picked up the biggest set of weight and got ready to lift.

Oh no! Alex immediately felt a sudden pain in his back. ... making a good compression on the girl, he had injured his back. The pretty young girl carried him back to his car.
